The Amy Kato collection primarily consists of newspaper and newsletter publications created at the Lordsburg, Santa Fe, Jerome and Rohwer internment camps (1942-1944). Contents are written in Japanese and English. Collection also includes newspaper clippings related to the internment experience (ca. 1943), two issues of the Pacific Citizen newspaper (1943-1944) and a graduation announcement from Denson High School (1944).
