Documents include a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) License Verification Card that lists Kiyoto as a “Radio Telephone First Class” on November 27, 1953; a card attesting to Kiyoto’s military service and discharge date; a Certificate of Service that certifies that Kiyoto “honorably served on active duty in the Army of the United States” from September 14, 1950 to September 25, 1952; a FCC Radio Telephone Operator License First Class (General Radiotelephone Certificate) that was issued to Kiyoto on November 27, 1953
