Scope and Contents

This collection consists of one document created by The War Relocation Authority (WRA) in May, 1943, entitled The Relocation Program. This document is a translation of a government document (Brochure) outlining the plan for Japanese Americans to leave internment camps and relocate. This document is 38 pages long and is written in Japanese, with the first page written in English. The first page of the document is a list of offices outside of the camps to help people with their relocation. The list has three columns; the city and state, the address and the director of each office. There are seven offices listed on this page.
