The Hiroshi Mayeda Photograph Collection contains photographs of Hiroshi Mayeda and Chiyeko “Sue” Sasaki - Mayeda’s future wife. The couple met during their incarceration at Jerome Relocation Center during World War II and kept in touch while moving to different internment camps and during Mayeda’s military service.
