Tanino-Szathmary Family Papers
The Tanino-Szathmary papers contain hand drawn pattern books belonging to Sadako Tanino Szathmary that were probably used in Rohwer Internment Camp during World War II. The second series contains clippings relating to the career of Louis Szathmary and a program of his memorial service in 2003. The third series contains cookbooks by or about Louis Szathmary, and two catalogs of Hungarian books collected by Szathmary and exhibited at the University of Chicago.

This collection consists of 11 boxes of institutional materials from The Buddhist Temple of Chicago. The material ranges from temple Bulletins from 1971 to 2018, Directory Books of Membership, Announcements and Events, Oneness Newsletter, Sangha News / Shin Sangha News-page, calendars, the writing of George D. Inouye, Annual Meetings, service books and other publications.

The Colonel's Letters
The collection is made up of one manuscript entitled "The Colonel's Letters." It is a collection of letters written to Colonel Sherwood Dixon from the men of 442nd Infantry between 1944-1945.
Toguri Family collection
The collection consists of five black and white photographs; a Chicago Japanese American Directory, 1973; a Japanese folding fan Commemorating the 25th Anniversary Yamanashi Kyoyukai, June 30, 1971; and button with the message "Pardon me, Iva". The photographs include one of Prince Akihito and several street views of Diamond Trading Co., 5358 Clark Street, Chicago, IL. They are undated, but presumed to be from Prince Akihito's visit to Chicago on September 24, 1953.

Toichi and Tama Takami photograph collection
This collection contains photographs belonging to Toichi Takami and Tama Muraoka Takami, who immigrated to the United States in 1914. Images date from the early 1900s through early 1960s. They measure 5 x 7 inches and smaller. Most are black and white and a few are color photographs. Writing is present on the backs of the images, some in English and some in Japanese.
Tokiwo Uyeda Papers
The Tokiwo Uyeda papers consist of correspondence, 1944-1964, (mostly incoming) between Uyeda and his family, who were interned at Minidoka Relocation Center until 1945, and thereafter resettled in Seattle. Also included in the collection are a “Report to Work form,” May 19, 1942, a war ration book, US War Relocation Authority Citizen’s Indefinite Leave identification card, May 31, 1943, and “Notice of Classification” cards.
